Hosting and domains
Your website package covers design and build. Domains and hosting are separate services you pay for directly to the providers, so you stay in control.
Domains
Your domain should be registered in your name (for .com.au, to your business with its ABN). If you already own one, we connect it. If not, we can guide you through registering one.
Hosting
We'll recommend hosting that suits your site in your quote, including its ongoing cost. The account is in your name.
Business email (e.g. you@yourbusiness.com.au) is a separate service with its own costs.
Data
Form submissions from your new website go to the destination agreed in your quote, such as your email inbox. We don't keep copies of your customers' enquiries unless agreed.
