Terms of use

These terms apply when you use this website or order a website from Fieldnote Studio (“we”, “us”). By submitting a quote request or accepting a quote you agree to these terms and to the service agreement.

Estimates and quotes

The instant estimator gives an indicative price only. It is not an offer. A binding price exists only once we send you a fixed quote and you accept it. Quotes are valid until the expiry date shown.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. Standard website packages are $199, $599 and $999. Any GST treatment will be stated on your quote and receipt once applicable to our business. Third-party costs such as domains and hosting are separate.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only when Stripe confirms the payment to us.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Website content

Demo sites shown in our portfolio are concepts for fictional businesses and are labelled as such. We don't guarantee search rankings, enquiries or revenue.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you accepted your quote applies to that project.
