Service agreement

This agreement applies once you accept a fixed quote. Your quote sets out the specific scope; where the quote and this agreement differ, the quote applies.

Scope

We build the pages, features and integrations listed in your quote, up to its page limit. Anything not listed is out of scope and may need a separate quote. Standard projects do not exceed $1,499 AUD.

Your content

You supply your logo, photos, text and business details unless the quote says we'll provide them. You confirm you have the right to use what you supply. Delays in supplying content delay the project.

Revisions and approval

Your quote states the number of revision rounds included. A round is one consolidated list of changes. When you're happy with the preview, you approve it in your dashboard; we record the date and time of approval.

Ownership

Once paid in full and launched, you own the design and content we created specifically for you. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. We may show your site in our portfolio only with your written permission.

Accounts and access

Your domain, hosting and third-party accounts should be in your name. If we need access, we'll arrange it securely and never ask for passwords by plain email.

Support after launch

We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Ongoing maintenance is optional and quoted separately.

Cancellations and refunds

Our refunds and cancellations policy is part of this agreement, including the $100 cancellation fee if you cancel after work starts and before your first preview.
