Fieldnote Studio respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles as good practice.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone (optional).
• Project details: answers to the quote and onboarding forms, files you upload, and messages.
• Payment status from Stripe (we never receive your full card number).
• Basic technical information needed to run the site securely, such as IP address for rate limiting.

Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver your website, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We collect only what we need for those purposes.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business: hosting and database providers, Stripe for payments, and our email provider for transactional emails. We don't sell personal information.

Marketing

We don't send marketing emails without your consent. Any marketing message will identify us and include a working unsubscribe, as required by the Spam Act 2003.

Security

Uploaded files are stored privately and are only available to you and our team. Access to your dashboard uses single-use sign-in links. Never send passwords by email.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact form.
