Redesigning an existing site?

Redesigns cost $199–$1,499. The price depends on how many pages you have, what the current site is built with, and what content can be reused. We look at your site first and send a fixed quote, so you know the number before you commit.

Bigger than a standard site?

More than 8 pages, online stores, memberships, custom software or heavy integrations don’t fit the standard packages. Send us the details and we’ll do a custom scope review. We’ll tell you honestly if we can help, suggest a scaled-down version that fits a package, or say it’s not a fit.

Ongoing costs, up front

The package price covers design and build. These are separate, and your quote lists the ones that apply to you.

Domain name
Renewed yearly with a domain registrar of your choice, registered in your name. If you already own one, we connect it.
Hosting
Depends on the platform we agree on in your quote. Some options have free tiers for small sites; others charge monthly. Paid to the provider, in your name.
Business email
Optional, e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, paid to that provider.
Booking or other tools
If you use a paid booking or form tool, its subscription is separate and paid to that company.
Maintenance
Optional. If you'd like ongoing updates, we quote it separately and you authorise it separately. Nothing recurs unless you agree to it.

The fine print, in plain English

  • Revisions: one consolidated list of changes per round. Extra rounds can be quoted separately.
  • Your content: you supply your logo, photos and text unless copywriting is in your quote.
  • Ownership: you own the design and content we create once it’s paid and launched.
  • Payment: in full upfront via Stripe, unless a deposit is agreed in writing on your quote.
  • Cancellations: see our refunds and cancellations policy.
  • Your rights: nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
